Clayton Golf

Kingwood Golf Club, Resort, 706-212-4100

At the foot of idyllic Blue Ridge Mountains, Kingwood Country Club & Resort is surrounded by over 148,600 acres of protected National Forest. We offer exceptional golf, world-class dining, deluxe and luxury lodging, European-style spa, swimming, tennis, fishing, hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, and more.

Kingwood Resort is home to one of the finest 18-hole golf courses in Georgia. Lush and supremely manicured Bermuda grass tees, fairways, and Bent grass putting greens, surrounded by mature hardwoods and rippling brooks, make this course not only beautiful but also very demanding. But don’t feel intimidated; our par 71 mountain golf course is perfect for all skill levels with its four different tee locations.

From the tips, the playing yardage is 6,016 yards – a demanding length given the small greens and layout, which always requires accurate and well-placed shots. Check out our Georgia golf course tour for a more in-depth look at all 18 holes.
